This Thursday Cordia celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony of 360º by Cordia, a residential project comprising more than 500 homes located in the Cerrado del Águila area, within the municipality of Mijas.

This marks Cordia’s second project in Spain, following the construction of Jade Tower in Fuengirola—an almost fully sold development that was recognized as the Best Smart Home in the World at the International Property Awards 2025.

The ceremony was attended by Mario Bravo, Mijas Town Councilor for Economy, Finance and Foreign Residents; Réka Vidáts, Consul of Hungary in Málaga; José Luis Ramos, Honorary Consul of Romania; Tibor Földi, Chairman of the Board of Cordia Group; and Mauricio Mesa Gómez, Managing Director of Cordia Spain.

First Phase
