Cordia, a real estate developer member of the Futureal Group, held the groundbreaking ceremony of the Jade Tower Fuengirola project in a private ceremony with the company’s directors, partners and collaborators. The event took place this Wednesday 15th of June in the surroundings of the plot of this luxury residential.

After obtaining the building permit, the construction of Jade Tower began, which is being built on one of the last vacant plots on the coastal strip of the town, just 100 metres from the Mediterranean Sea. The complex will consist of 116 high-end 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats and penthouses with spacious terraces or private gardens, and their own storage room and garage space.
