Mauricio Mesa Gomez, Managing Director of Cordia Spain participated in a round table, organized by Grupo Vía in Malaga, where leading investors, consultants and industry experts were brought together to discuss the trends and prospects that are shaping the real estate landscape for 2023 and 2024 in Spain and Costa del Sol in particular.

During the event Mauricio Mesa had the opportunity to present Cordia’s first project in Spain – Jade Tower, which will be completed this spring.

The future expansion of the company was also announced with more than 800 apartments in pipeline in Mijas and Marbella.
